Return & Refund Policy

Return window We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.

How to start a return Contact us at [your support email] with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Defective or damaged items If you receive a damaged or defective product, please send us photos within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Exceptions We do not accept returns on opened items that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons, or on customised products.

Return shipping costs Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defective products or our error.
